Italian Cookery Course
|
A course of typical Italian and “veneta” cookery is held in a beautiful Venetian palace, private home of the chef, near S. Polo. It lasts 3-4 hours plus the lunch sitting in the dining room.
At the end participants will receive a certificate of partecipation. Before beginning the course, together with the chef they can visit Rialto's market to choose and buy all necessary ingredients.
The book with the receipts is provided both in Italian and in English/French.
Time necessary: 5/6 hours
Language: English and Italian, other languages on request.
